"Had a perm for 97.94 and Express Cut for 19.97. My Perm lasted for almost a month..I was at Walmart the first time I had a chance to stop in and talk about my Perm. First off I was told I should have said something about my Perm in 7 days..My perm looked good for about 1 month.I started to notice some of my hair had no curl and was very long and straight, especially in the back..The Manager had me turn around and she snapped a couple of pictures and ruffled through my hair and said, " looks like the bottom of the hair didn't take the perm. I have had several perms in my adult life to know a correct perm will last a year or more..It's really sad this one hasnt even lasted a month..I was told today when I called the salon to see what the District Manager decided. I was told again I should have said something in 7 days...There was nothing wrong with my Perm in the first 3 weeks going on 4 weeks..This is my complaint.I"
"Went for a color match for a hairpiece. Michelle did a terrible job. When all is done she says it is similar. Didn’t want similar, wanted a match. Took over 4 hours. Will never go there again. Completely disappointed!!!!!!!!!!! Left without the haircut even though I was charged for it!!"
"I love this shop. The manager Mary Ann is so kind and takes good care of her employees as well as her customers. Chealsie Hawes cut my hair and it is without a doubt the best haircut I have had in years. She listened to what I wanted and took the time to make sure I was happy every step of the way. It is hard to please everyone but the girl's go above and beyond to make sure their customers are treated with respect and leave happy with the results. Thank you for such outstanding service. You have differently earned my business!"
"They butchered my son's hair. The back looks all choppy. I asked for a fade and got a 2 on the sides, with no fade. Again, looks super choppy. I just wish I had gotten the ladies name who did the haircut... She seemed to be the one in charge of the place. Last time we get a haircut inside of a Walmart."
