"Everybody be careful when you do business with this location. Whatever you agree to do business with them, make sure they have to sign the papers because it happened to me today. That they will offer deductible, after they done with their job, they didn’t agree and then the repair job, make sure they wrote on the piece of paper the date and time. They will keep your vehicle there as long as the time they wanted to be. My car supposed to be done by last week. But it wasn’t supposed to be done by 10 week after. This location or this name on Collision specialist, I don’t recommend no one. They don’t do the business right with no one. Minus zero stars recommend. And I will report this to BBB about this business."

"Richard showed an abundant amount of respect, knowledge, and care for my vehicle when I brought it in. I went to multiple collision repairs shops around town that had good reviews. Some were less expensive that Richard at Collision Specialist, some 2x as much as his quote. But the one thing they didn't have which was crucial to my decision was an understanding of my current situation and what I wanted to get out of the repair. He did a phenomenal job on the car and it seemed like he really cared. Any close friends and family that I know that need body work done will be going to Richard in the future."

"Had the pleasure to work with Richard and his team. My car had a dent on my bumper, broken grill and a few scratches. They did a great job on fixing it, matching the colours and making sure that bumper is properly fixed. Richard also helped me deal with the insurance claim and made sure I got all needed parts. Besides fixing the bumper he also smoked my headlights at a very reasonable price. Communication was great, he and his team are very professional people with great attitudes.
