"I walked in to get a new set of nails one of my nails was lifting so it was hurting a little bit and they said they cannot do my nails if one is hurting! They were pretty inconsiderate about it. I’ve never had any nail shops say that to me before. The place looks nice don’t let it deceive you their customer service dealing with this particular situation was very unprofessional."

"If I could leave a review with ZERO stars I would. ABSOLUTELY WORST experience getting my nails done. Looking at the finished product I wanted to cry! Not only did my nail tech gash my finger, he was rude and left my nails looking horrible! I am absolutely embarrassed at what my nails look like! I will NEVER go there again! And the dude didn't even apologize for cutting my finger so deeply! He said oh just a little cut but it's actually gashed open because he wasn't paying attention!"

"I got my nails done on 12/20 and that day my nail broke got it fixed on 12/24 my nail popped off a different nail and now 12/25 another nail popped off. I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now and I have never had this issue I paid 70 dollars for these nails and for them to pop off like they are press ons is not right I called and asked for a refund they said they can only fix it they might as well just redo all my nails if I’m going to have to keep coming back for them to fix a new nai every few days and they normally last longer than the two weeks and it hasn’t even been a week since they keep popping off these photos are only a few days apart aswell so it makes no sense on why they keep coming off"

"THE WORST NAIL PLACE. Won’t recommend anyone coming here. The little girl doing my nails shaved ALL my real nail down near the cuticles there were 3 fingers that hurt the most luckily I didn’t get an infection because with those tools you never know what they have SO YALL NEED TO BE CAREFUL. not only that but I was DISSATISFIED/ DISAPPOINTED with my nail design she literally rushed through the design making my nails look cricket( and I came in around 7:20ish) so I broke them off I don’t speak y’all’s language but I understand enough to know that even the manager was rushing her and that also says she doesn’t care about customer service . Nowadays it’s hard to find a decent nail place DONT POST PICTURES OF NAILS IF YOU CANT REPLICATE YOUR ARTWORK AS GOOD AS THAT"

"Always love to come here for my acrylic fills or full sets. I have only walked out once unsatisfied but normally I try to get with the guy on the right side all the way at the end. He really has a passion for what he does and I will update next time when I ask for his name. He takes his time, makes sure all the nails are the same size, and can always follow the picture I show him even when I want crazy designs! Will continue to come here (:"
