"DO NOT GO HERE. I came to this location because it was closer to my house than the one on Happy Valley. BIG MISTAKE. I got my nails done and realized when I got home that they were very thick and uneven, I was very polite and called to see if I could get them fixed. When I got to the salon the lady (not sure her name) asked me what was wrong, I showed her my nails and said there was too much gel and they were chunky and uneven. Before I could finish, she got a nasty look on her face and told me no? they are not chunky, and told me it's because I got chrome powder. I told her it didn't turn out how I wanted, and she sighed and said "So what do you want? All new gel?". As someone who works in the beauty services industry, if someone is unsatisfied with the work you've done, it's not your job to tell them they are wrong, it's your job to make sure they are satisfied. Needless to say, skip this location and go to the 35th and Happy Valley one, my nails are always great when I go there, and their customer service is superior."

"Clean, relaxing & courteous. Love this nail salon! Everyone is amazing, owner is the absolute sweetest and professional. Walk-ins are welcome, but I would highly suggest setting an appointment, as they do become quite busy."

"Grand Nails never disappoints. With or without an appointment they get you in and make you feel Pampered. The fills are without question the best. No overly thick, cheap look. Always gorgeous. The pedicures are so relaxing! They always take their time, giving you the full spa experience."

"Not too thrilled with my experience. Went in late on a Thursday, got a few recommendations from family to go here so I was ok driving 30 minutes west of my house to visit! I made an appointment in advance, there were no issues with my wait, the atmosphere was great, the nail tech seemed like he may have been in a rush, and burned me a couple of times, but it happens, I recently had a previous nail tech weaken them, so a little sensitivity I wasn’t going to worry about just yet. They seemed tired, so was i, it was the end of a long day, so the energy was down. The manicure came out ok, noticed some globs of clear top coat that we might have missed, but as long as it stayed for more than two weeks I wasn’t going to complain. AND A little pricey but again as long as I had good results I wasn’t going to worry so much. 2 days later one of my nails pops clean off, no rips, just the powder did not adhere correctly for some reason. I call the next morning and ask to come down and wait for someone to help me fix it! The lady was very harsh and only offered an appointment in the late evening. I told her I had a special event planned for this evening and I would be happy to wait until anyone could assist me, and i was already headed down there; it would not take long to finish one nail. She again, very loudly and impatiently, told me she could not help me until all her appointments had been satisfied and she didn’t have anything else except for the 4:30. With how she treated me over the phone I did not want to even continue the conversation or get angry at her, it was not worth it. Great customer service this place has. I ended up fixing my finger myself, not the right color but better than giving my business to people who don’t understand customer service and only care about making money. Wish I was willing to give them another try, not after the phone call. This experience really showed me there are no good nail salons out there who will value your opinion or experience. I’ll be buying from Sally Hansen from now on, thanks for pushing me over the edge."

"My 1st time here, they were great we had called for reservations. When we got there they were quick. The shop was nice and big. All 3 of us getting pedicures were seen at the same time which was great. I picked a design on pinterest and she did an amazing job. The message was very nice and much needed."
