"My experience with grace was amazing. Very professional and top notch customer care. Grace automotive is a wonderful shop and they've been so unbelievable helpful. I would recommend grace a million times over. However my experience with life safer is and has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare! I've never experienced such incompetence and at my personal expense. I should have had my devise removed at the beginning of the month but due to their total lack of consistency and incompetence I have gone in 4 times now for calibration within the same month at my expense! They can't seem to figure out my paperwork even though the DOL told me they are only waiting on one piece of paper from them.. I've called life safer over a dozen times to resolve this issue doing their work for them on many occasions and every time i am told something different depending on who I'm talking to. I have to explain to them over and over again what my situation is with each person telling me" Well I don't know anything about that all I can do is send in a ticket and someone will get back to you" or they make an appointment for me to go get calibrated again and then charge me for a missed appointment after I told them I don't need another calibration I've already had 3 this month! Life safer has absolutely zero accountability I would rather not have my license than deal with this company again tbch."
