"Our 2016 Newmar's utility panel showed an "alert". Turned out that the combustion fan in the Oasis furnace was faulty...Great news just as the temperatures were dropping into the 30's every night. Shawn was responsive and professional. He kept the appointment as promised, sat at the unit with the manufacturer on the phone, troubleshooting and ordering the part as they talked. The day the part arrived he was back to install it and we've been enjoying the heat ever since. I couldn't have asked for better service from a mobile RV contractor."

"John went over the top to help me with a leaking hot water heater in my 5th wheel today. He squeezed me in at the end of his schedule arriving after dark and working past 9 pm. He didn’t just fix it and leave, he heated up the water tank to ensure the leak didn’t return under pressure. I would highly recommend John for anyone needing repairs on their RV."
"Our kitchen slide was stuck in the "in"position. The manual crank had broken off as well. Big Sky came to our campsite the same day, and managed to get it so our slide would work until we could arrange for parts for our two month old RV. Riley and his dad were fabulous! Huge kudos to them!"
