"When you find an honest, hard working, super knowledgeable amazing mechanic who truly wants to help people you drive, limp, or get towed down to that precious gem. What can I say about Patrick and his hard working assistant, Chris which hasn’t been already said in the other spot on reviews? His shop was recommended to me around a campfire by another satisfied customer who described him as “the guy is like a total Sprinter Genius”. From the first conversation, probably because he was very busy and I was far away, he actually tried to help me by telling me how to fix a problem by myself. Isn’t that refreshing? Since this wasn’t the only issue, I drove down there with some tiny hope because of so many disappointments over the last year with several shops. My joy ride has turned into a noisy tin can going down the road and it seemed like unless there were expensive parts to replace nobody was willing to get to the bottom of the problem. The shop was very busy but Patrick could see just how beyond frustrated I was and he went the distance for me like no other! I pray nobody but the Sprinter Doctor touches my ride."
