"I came to the shop on a Saturday around 2:30 even though I knew they closed at 3, but I didn’t know it was appointment only until I got there; I just knew they were the only shop open in my area. I asked it they could just do a diagnostic test so I would know what was wrong and they were nice enough to do it right then and there. They told me they needed to do further testing because it could be one of two (major) issues and asked me to bring my car back on Monday morning. I brought it back on Monday, mid-afternoon knowing they probably wouldn’t have a chance to look at it that day, and the mechanic (Luis) remembered me. I left my car overnight and after they looked at it first thing the next morning they (Diana) called me. They had already ordered the part they thought it needed, and — my favorite part — she was so honest and clear about the fact that the part the ordered might not work, but they did it that way to try to save me some money. Anyway, it’s Thursday now. The part was delivered today and they put it in and it worked. Even before they installed it to test it out, they were very upfront about how it was an after-model part and it might not work and what kind of costs I’d be looking at either way. I’m just incredibly grateful for the attention to detail, and the phenomenal service I received. They were so transparent about the issues and the costs, and I appreciate that so much (especially as a young woman whose dad usually works on her car). They have earned my unwavering loyalty for life. Thank you!!"

"I highly recommend payless as your go to auto repair shop. Diana in the office was my first contact and she made me feel so comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and broke all my repairs down for me. I thought my car was on its last leg and Eddie the mechanic saved my car. They are very honest and the repairs were very affordable. "I would give 10 stars if I could. Eddie and Deana are friendly, honest and provided me with amazing service and great rates! I had suspension issues and was feeling very unsafe on the road. "The front right of my car was damaged after I was driven off the road by someone who didn't believe in using turn signals apparently. After much research, I came across Payless Automotive, per their excellent reviews. The reviews didn't let me down, it THE BEST automotive repair shop I have ever been to!! Diana was incredibly sweet and kind, while Eddie went above and beyond the work that needed to be done on my car. In fact I had actually ordered a headlight through them, thinking I could install it myself and low and behold, when I went to pick up my car after an alignment, Eddie put it in himself, no charge! They were very honest and fair about what needed to get done and how much it would cost. We all know fixing cars isn't cheap, but after working with them, the entire ordeal seemed more manageable and less daunting. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone that needed to get their car fixed. 10/10!!!"
