"While turning, heard a bang, and the car made a horrible noise and wouldnt move. I was desperate since this happened on Saturday and I had to be out of my air b&b Wednesday. Called AAA, was towed to AAA auto. Called them Monday; told them my predicament. They accomodated me, moved me up in line, found that I had broken an axle, and fixed it the same day. Tom was very kind, understanding, and determined to help me out of my bind."

"Horrible service I brought my truck in one week ago the guy said he would look at it right away. I call a week later cuz I got no longer works there no one's looked at my truck. I have lost tons of income. My expectations was high for AAA. Not any more. Not to mention some lady comes in with a new battery, new alternator. I give a suggestion by saying have you checked the terminals? And because there's such bad people the singled me out the door. Smh I will never ever ever go there again. And I hope this helps you guys make the right decision, whatever that might be."
