"My car had been broken into and I had to get the “ick” feeling out of it. I contacted Cool Auto and Detailing on a Sunday and they returned my message Monday morning. This was the place I was going to go to. I had my 2005 Matrix detailed when I moved to AZ. In 2013. I was never introduced to the employee that did the job. Forward to this week. After meeting with the owner Cassandra for pick up, she took me to my car. I had dog hair cleaned up. She spotted this one little hair! I didn’t even see it. She took care of it. James was my detailer! He will continue to be my detailer in the future. Everybody that worked there had smiles. You can tell they take pride in their work. I thought I had cleaned my car out prior to bringing it in and when I was looking in one of the compartments I found that James had put some cards and a small bag of money the thieves along with me missed under the seat!
