"We're tourists in AZ from Oregon. Had brake problems on our F150 pickup. An amateur brake repairman, (that would be me) had put one of the pads on backwards! Bad mistake! Didn't have a place to work from so I threw up my hands and took it to Freedom Automotive because it was highly recommended by a local person. The owner, Kyle, took care of my screwup and was totally fair and reasonable pricewise. I can't recommend them enough!"
"I went to Freedom earlier today after having an issue with my battery and not knowing how to program it after swapping the battery. I called Freedom and told them my issue and that I would need to have it towed and they told me they’d help me. The tow truck ran late so I got there around 5:45 and they closed at 5 but because I had said I was coming they waited! The two gentlemen were SO nice to me and patient as I asked questions and explained all that had happened. They reprogrammed my battery to my car and told me if I had any other issues they would be more than happy to help me. This was my first experience with them and because I was in such a tight spot they waived the fee for the job since they said it only took a few minutes. As a female I have NEVER had such a great experience at an automotive shop and was utterly impressed with how they helped me. I will be bringing my car here for anything it may need in the future and my truck as well. Thank you guys so much for all of your help!"
