"I went in to the St George location to schedule for someone to come diagnose and fix seven windows on a property I had purchased. I talked with Travis Wallentine in customer service. Instead of just scheduling someone to come out, he showed me how to remove the panes of glass and springs to check the springs in the windows (and get the part numbers if they needed to be replaced). He explained that I could save some time and money by doing this myself, but if I did not feel comfortable to come back and he would schedule someone to come out. An hour later I had fixed ALL of the windows and I only needed to replace one small window clip! Not only did he save me time and money on my project, he gave me valuable knowledge for the future. Thank you Travis! You are a wonderful asset to the Jones paint and glass company!"
