"What a terrible experience. I ordered tiles from this company in person, and was told it would be two or three weeks because of covid. I called three weeks after to check on order and they told me they had already delivered tiles to my home. Obviously not accurate or I would have noticed. Turns out they forgot to order the tiles all together. Once they did come, after a rush reorder, they did not order enough (I even gave them a copy of my roof plan) and I had to go through it all over again. I called corporate office and never got a call back. Horrible customer service. It has become such an accepted practice to fall short on customer service in this town, this company is no exception."
