"This was my first time visiting this location. They really should put up signs pointing to the entrance. Had I known when pulling up that the door I saw was actually barricaded off, and the entrance was on the far left side, I would've parked closer to the entrance. But I ended up parking the farthest away from it. Yes I could've easily moved my car, if I was by myself. I had my toddler with me, who does not like her car seat. So once she was out and I realized that the entrance was not right in front of us, I wasn't going to re-strap her in just to move my car. The staff was also very unfriendly. When I went up to the registers, I was purposefully ignored by a gentlemen using the register. He looked at me and then left the register, so I said "hello?" and a women who was at another register came to me. But there was no hello, how are you, find everything okay, have a good day. She didn't say anything to me at all. It was a very awkward encounter. During my purchasing another co-worker thought it was an appropriate time to ask her if she should get panda express and then they started talking about food and some other personal things. I quietly left. I won't be visiting this location again."

Despite being relatively new, Quinton displayed an impressive level of expertise and enthusiasm that truly set him apart. What struck me the most was his genuine compassion towards my little ones who accompanied me to the store for the first time. Not only did he assist me in pinpointing exactly what I needed, but he also took the time to provide me with valuable information about the products I was interested in. Quinton's willingness to go the extra mile and his ability to make both me and my children feel welcomed and valued made the shopping experience at Star Nursery truly exceptional. His knowledge, friendliness, and customer-centric approach have undoubtedly made him an invaluable asset to the team. It's interactions like these that keep me coming back to Star Nursery, and Quinton's outstanding service has made a lasting positive impression on me and my family."

"I have had to completely stop shopping here due to the fact that you guys seem to not be able to keep your inventory straight. This has been happening since the beginning of this year. I don’t really know what has happened over the last year although it’s a little frustrating chasing parts around town."

"Previously went to the store on Dixie in St George where staff was unhappy and unhelpful. Decided to try this location on Sunset in St George thinking the bad experience was only the staff at the other. The staff at sunset was just as bad being unhelpful, unhappy and when we asked about seeing a commercial that stated pots were 50% off the staff could not even answer that simple question. Two staff members shred their shoulders and said they had no idea if the sale was on. Finally went to a cashier and said the sale ended last Wednesday. We informed the original woman that we found out the sale ended on Wednesday and without even looking at us, let alone acknowledging us she grunted a short "year" I'm surprised with the attitudes of their staff and their lack of training that Star nursery gets any business at all. We will never again step foot in any of their stores. Even Walmart trains their staff on which sales are current, they smile and are cordial to customers. They even walk the customers two items they are looking for which is something Star nursery staff would never do. Don't waste your time or money at this place. Would not mind paying the high prices they charge if there's staff would actually smile and stop acting like customers are annoying them."

"Love the prices!! Bought a fig tree one day and returned for grape, raspberry vines, and more gardening items. Great price on shovels (cheaper than Home Depot)!! Will return for black and white rock to decorate the planting beds and surrounding areas."
