"First I want to say the clerks try to be helpful, but parts system and policies need significant updating. I'm an emeritus GC with a reasonable amount of experience and ability. I bought parts to replace my sprinkling system and main line pressure regulator after seeing mostly good reviews. I spent nearly $1K for parts over a short time with a pre purchase, manager confirmed return policy on any unused items. This turned out to be not the case as well as a frustrating experience. If you shop at this vendor make sure you get and keep all your receipts. Be aware returns are a very tedious hunt and peck process going through pages of receipts to find the exact part numbers and descriptions. More problematic evidently their parts numbers and or descriptions are not consistent time to time, are not bar coded, either that or they miss input them?? They will not and evidently cannot accept any returns without the specific receipt, even if they sold it to you the day before. So be warned they are not Home Depot where if they identify the product as theirs they trust and honor the purchase. Also on one occasion I purchased a few connector bits and they accidentally double charged me. I followed up and even though they promised they would credit my card the next week they never did, nor have they after several months even after I showed the double charge on my bank statement and that it never was credited. No credit, no explanation, seemingly no apparent concern??? Last but not least, check the suggested parts yourself. In another instance a poorly made 1”x 90 degree female connector thread for the back-flow preventer did not hold the male down flow connector. After being in place for over a month it blew out wasting about 40 minutes of pressurized water. After measuring the interior part myself with calipers, I found the female end was slightly too big for the male connector and as well had a manufacture untrimmed edge keeping it from seating well. I went to my local Ace Hardware and purchased the same thing in a schedule 40 PVC and it fit perfectly. We live in a modern era but the old saying “Buyer Beware” still holds. Sorry to say my experience cannot recommend this store."

Found their prices high for the same items you can purchase at Home Depot. They do not do installation, so if you don't install yourself, you need to hire a plumber. Staff is friendly and helpful and there is suffient parking."
