"The store is nice. However, before you buy, double check the price tag and the price scanned on your receipt. The dude was nice but he almost didn’t give me a receipt for whatever reason. Then I got the receipt and I saw the price dispute and told him and he gave me that “ I don’t know” look and walked away. He didn’t even try to apologize or fix the issue or refund me the difference. He was nice but lazy when it comes to this. I’m not wealthy and each dollar counts. Very disappointed. I attached a photo of the price tag advertised and the price I was charged for the magnets. I covered my private information. Look at the second line, for magnets, I was charged $1.79 each. On the magnet box, it showed .99 each. That’s almost twice the price for ONE magnet. Not a small mistake to make."

"Do not shop here. They do not stand behind their products. Please see pictures. Purchased a gas can from another True Value. I was travelling from Le Verkin south towards Vegas. Tried using it that day. The can is defective and dangerous - see pictures. When using the can, the fuel pours from the cap onto the ground. Despite being a True Value store, my having a receipt, and having purchased the can that morning, they refused to accept the return. I had them call the gentleman who said that the other store was owned by another franchisee and they would not accept the product. Frankly, I don't care. I purchased from True Value. I returned to True Value. I left the receipt and the can in the store - I did not want the can in my truck. If they are going to screw with me on a clearly defective gas can, what will they do if you have a problem with a bigger ticket item or service. I do wish you luck."

"This place is hidden for sure. The parking lot is a little small for trucks with trailers unless you use the contractor parking in the pipe yard. Lots of great deals and lots of willing people to help you find what you need."

"True Value Hardware and Standard Plumbing Supply are just off Interstate - 15 at Bluff St exit. Nice kitchen and bath showrooms. Hard to find specialty tools, gauges and nearly all the hardware store basics. Paint desk will match colors."
