"Lovely store to grab clothes for my grandbabies"
"Went in today with my child and the customer service was not there at all! They stare at you looking for negativity. This is a kids store and the lady in the store kept asking if I was going to purchase a onesie my daughter was holding. We are still in the store if and when I wanted to purchase something I would handed it to the cashier. I will not be back I felt uncomfortable and not welcomed at all. I would drive out of my way to make sure I never return to this store ever."
"Don’t sign up for their rewards program! I was recently here for the first time with my daughter to get her a sippie cup. They asked me if I wanted to sign up for their rewards program, so I did. It’s free and I figured it wouldn’t hurt anything. Since then, I’ve gotten about a dozen emails from similar companies about their garbage products. I have unsubscribes from them all so far, but you cannot unsubscribe from them all at one time; you have to wait for a new email from a different company to roll in before you can opt out. It’s just ridiculous. I will never shop here again just based on this one grievance. And I would urge others to NOT sign up for their rewards program, at least not with an email address."
"With a new niece on the way Carter’s has seen a lot of me. They have cute baby clothes and awesome deals. My niece has so many brightly colored clothes. The employees are super friendly as well."
