"They had the worst selection during the pandemic and a mess everywhere even looked dirty but I am happy to see they have improved and have so much of their old styles back and is much kept up and cleaner. So happy they are well managed now"
"I won't go back to this location, I went on 09/13/23 during the afternoon hours, the associates at this location need to be retrained on good customer service. The lady at the register ended up messing up my place bucks, while the other associates with heavy eye makeup just stared in a confrontational manner it made me uncomfortable, why are you staring at me when your not the one helping me. If you want to avoid a headache think twice about this place. I ended up getting overcharged had to come back a second time to deal with difficult staff. My mom had credit card from this place even that service is not great, you save money, but not worth getting the card if you don't like headaches. Credit card company froze my moms card and associate had to yell that my moms card was decline in front of all the customers, associate gave me vibes of I am not trying to be helpful, but I want to make your life miserable, not worth the headache for me."
"Great experience. I was really nervous about doing an exchange after reading their reviews. They were really helpful. Jazmin went above and beyond. She tried to find the size I needed on the floor then in the back. When they didn’t have it she ordered it online for me and had it shipped to my house! Will definitely continue to buy our school uniforms from here."
