"They no longer cut vehicle keys and force you to purchase their keys and charge a high fee for the programing, even if you have the ability to program yourself. Claim some liability things, unsure how they can be liable unless they copy the key incorrectly. Just trying force their services on you when unnecessary."

"I don't come here often but when I do they're always very helpful I'm much appreciate having this Ace nearby. Big shout out to Steve I had to run in at 7:55 p.m., 5 minutes before they closed and Steve was able to find me a specific type of bushing and bulkhead fitting that I needed at the last second. I found that a lot of places when you go in right before they close give you attitude the employees are trying to get out of there I get it and of the day but My interaction tonight with Steve leaves me hope."
"Every time I go in there it's clean classy respectable and awesome. This place is always been my go-to for the last 10 years in this neighborhood. I went in and needed a special product and it was a bit hard to find for me as I am not a plumber. The customer service is always second to none and the employees have got their stuff down. I wish that all hardware stores were like this. I don't go to home Depot or Lowe's anymore."
