"It was wonderful! I placed my order via the app. It was easy! My order was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The store is configured so nicely with the cashiers and balloons in the center and seasonal products nicely displayed. Great experience!"
"Dont order ballons here My daughters 1st birthday they were supposed to deliver her ballons by 10am didnt get them until half way through her party gave them another chance 3 years later for her 4th birthday and they "lost the order" so TWICE now they have made planning my daughters birthday even more stressful then it already is. Terrible management."

My son had some questions about a costume and Justin went above and beyond to assist my little one. In addition, once I approached the counter I was warmly greeted by Zane as the VIP treatment continued. They made the rest of our evening!!"
