"Here is why ladies and gentlemen it's the two and not a four or five star rating. There was a good sale going on in the store no doubt about it. But only one person in the entirety of the store yes you got that right one person that was on the phone with the cashier everything was ridiculous they had no help in the store no customer service whatsoever we waited in the back to try to get outside for a shoe and we gave up. What can I say here . It was absolutely again no customer service either people don't want to work or they don't want to work for Big 5 whatever is going on in that store I don't know if it's indicative of the economy now but it was really a bad situation. I hope they hire some new people for the new year. I don't care how good product is if you don't have the customer service you will not get the business eventually and people will go elsewhere"
"Decent prices and a small selection of a wide range of items but thats where the positivity ends. Sadly , the store seems to be continuing to go down hill. It seems to always be in constant disarray. Everything is disorganized, sotxked in random places, laying around in the aisles or out of stock entirely. There are rarely enough employees and the employee that are here don't want to be."
