"Objectively a very pretty course. Unfortunately we got paired with two guys who were smoking weed and drinking the entire time. Also, playing loud music and had some of the worst golf etiquette I have ever experienced. Can’t put that on the course, but it was incredibly annoying. Funny thing was the Marshall drove by multiple times. we complained about it, and the marshal did nothing, I didn’t know marijuana was legal in Utah. I’d say it’s worth playing once but don’t go back. The service was was horrible, unwelcoming, and pretentious. go elsewhere like the ledges, Coral Canyon, Copper rock. There are much better courses in St. George for a much better price and have a much better customer service."

"We love Sand Hollow Resort, the place is so beautiful, we have stayed there in the last two years more than six times never had any problems, but last weekend, as soon as we walked into the unit, my daughter (she is allergic to hair from the dogs) she started sneezing and at night she was breathing very heavily. We noticed that the air ducts were very dirty (dusty) and there were a lot of dog hairs on the balcony (second floor) in the unit 1-202"

"I stayed in one of the homes, and it was wonderful. Restaurant was soso, but everything else was perfect. House easily fit 2 families, total of 6 kids. House pool was so warm and fun for kids. Table fit everyone, we enjoyed our holidays there. Will definitely go back"

"I have played golf at Sand Hollow many times over the last 10+ years and have never felt more unwanted as a customer. We played Copper Rock this morning and were treated with smiles and gratitude. I came in the Pro shop 30 minutes before my tee time and was told by the Pro shop attendant that was working informed me that the range will likely be picked up before I could get down to hit a few balls. Oh well I thought, I’ll just go get a sandwich or hot dog. I went over the snack bar and waited for 5 minutes. A waiter in the restaurant ignored me, cooks in the back ignored me, even though I kept yelling “hello”, finally 15 minutes later, and 5 minutes before my tee time, someone came out to tell me they didn’t have any real food that would be ready within 10 minutes. I hadn’t even teed off and already felt like they didn’t want me there. Then, after 7 holes, our cart starts giving us notifications that the course will be closing in an hour. Here is my question: is this Ross, dress for less, or is this Sand Hollow Resort, the acclaimed best golf destination in St George area? I don’t think you want my business anymore. Oh, the golf course was in ok condition, but I don’t think they want anyone to visit."

"Beautiful view, comfortable beds, nice hot tub. They'd forgotten to change the bed linens so I had to call down and change rooms just as I was in my pajamas and getting into bed, which was kind of a bummer, but they solved the issue with a new room right away. View of the golf course was lovely at both sunset and sunrise. Hot tub was huge and accommodated many guests in their own little bubbles."
