"They can’t take down a simple order without screwing it up. The kids in there treat it like it’s rocket science. I order two shakes, then got to the window and they forgot my order and charge me for one drink, after that they had to make me my other drink that I ordered and had to be charged once more because they don’t know how to make shakes nor run a drive thru… also so very very slowwwwww, you take care of the drive thru before the costumers that come in."

"Sooooooooooooooooo slooooooooooooow, the slowest. I walked in thinking I’d get my smoothie the same time as the guy in the drive thru who got there the same time, nooooooope he got his. 20 minutes later I got mine. Sticker says 11:30 time is 11:50"

"I have only been to this place twice. The first time, I got a smoothie. The second time I went, I got a salad. Both times, it tasted so good. I did have to wait about 15-20 minutes to receive my salad in the drive-thru."

"Good spot for a cold drink and a lite meal before a hike. We came here daily over the past week and although the food was good, this location always seemed to be out of one ingredient or another when it came to their smoothies. Hopefully they can get this supply issue resolved as it did turn into a daily frustration for our group in not knowing what smoothies would actually be available."

"I’m honestly surprised by how high the ratings are for this restaurant. It’s in a nice new building, good area of town, but the service here is always bad and the smoothies are usually bland and tasteless unless you get the seasonal ones. They used to offer you a lime straw with every smoothie, now you have to pay extra for them. I’ve come here a lot and every time something has gone wrong. I’ve either had to wait a horrendous amount of time or my order’s been made wrong or both. Multiple times I’ve been given free smoothie cards as a “sorry” which has kept me coming back. But nowadays they don’t even apologize for their mistakes. This last time I went, they missed an entire meal for a member of our party and then they took forever making it! Everyone else was 1/2 done eating by the time we got the last meal, and they were trying to eat slow. I’ve had to wait at the window in the drive through 20 minutes before, after ordering the food. Just literally waiting for them to hand it to me. I’ve even had the owner personally give me multiple free smoothie cards before. I never voice complaints out loud in person. I try to be a patient and kind customer because I’ve been the person on the other end. The service at this place though is sad. You can easily stand at the counter waiting to order for 5 minutes before a single employee will acknowledge your presence. It seems like they’re always understaffed. I thought this was a problem they would eventually fix, but it’s been 2 years now that I’ve been eating here and it’s never been fixed. I guess I keep coming back because it’s a different restaurant type, it’s new and clean, they have apologized in the past for their mistakes, smoothies are great in the heat and mainly my kiddo loves to come here on dates with me. But I don’t and won’t be coming here as often because the service is so frustrating."
