"Tried ordering on app... error message after error message when trying to pay. Ordered at 1 kiosk that was working. Then waited 28 minutes for my food to come up. Fries were cold. Soda machine out of Coke. So staff behind counter filled coke with water and a splash of coke because they were out of coke. If you're out, why let me order it!! Soda machine was FILTHY!!!! I never even looked at my burger. Not a single table was clean. Food all over the floor. Most of staff looked like they hadn't showered in a month. Finally went back to and gave food back for a refund and I'm going to Arby's. Manager had an absolute pissy attitude towards her employees and the customers!"

"It's a chain restaurant so it expected to follow a menu but it just seems they have forgotten that with out us they wouldn't have a job. Wr stop at this location 1-2 times a week as its on the way home. The experience we had was not just for my family but for the people in front of us, were less than par and I feel like they didn't care about politeness or caring what the customer needed. There was a mistake on the order and thankfully the swing manager was the one who came to the counter and she was kind and friendly and corrected it. I understand as I have been a manager of a few chain stores how fast you can get busy but customer recognition should always be first. If you start the interaction with making the customer feel appreciated for coming in then you don't need to worry about was the customer right or did things escalate as the customer would feel more comfortable communicating with staff vs " oh they don't care about my order" attitude. Multiple factors can make or break a customer's ideal stop for food. I would like to see corporate actually do pop ins with out letting them know they are coming and really see the stores that tend to us in the 1-2 hour radius and what we as customers deal with."

"There are a lot of people ordering here, but only two people working. It’s took over 20 minutes since I placed my order to receive my food. All orders have to be made using the kiosk. My father ordered chicken nuggets and nobody told him they were out of nuggets. The French fries were cold. Over half the flavors in the soda machine were not available. If you order chili they only provide crackers by request when they used to just be included. Would have been faster and better to go anywhere else. Won’t be back."

"I don't know if it was just a bad day but the place was dirty with a broken soda machine leaking water everywhere. My salad was old with wilty lettuce. Augh!!"

"Staff was good and friendly, even with clearly having lots of new hires and staffing shortages. Leaving 5 stars because they're doing the best they can with the current circumstances. Food was good, typical for Wendy's. They did make a mistake with our order but quickly apologized and fixed it!"
