"Did a mobile order last night at 10pm and went to pick it up. Drive thru lights on but no one came on the speaker. Sent husband in and they said they’re closed but the door and online say open until 1am and we already paid. Lady in the back yelled we had to get our refund online but app says store has to manage orders not completed. Showed them their own website and she refused to refund and said to come back tomorrow. I know this location stinks and don’t know why we occasionally try again. Today they won’t even answer the phone."

"As good if not slightly better than your average McDonald's. They have staff that keep the dining and play areas clean. It can get busy, and when it does, there may be a bit of a wait for the food. They still have self serve for fountain drinks as of Jan 2024, but I'm not sure how much longer that will last since apparently McDonald's is supposedly phasing that out."

"I really hate this McDonald’s. My big Mac was missing lettuce, they didn’t give sauce for nuggets. Always when we pointed out, they never apologized and were reluctant to give service though we are your customer ! On the floor, spilled frozen was left and no one came to sweep. I strongly recommend you to go to Wendy’s across the street or take 10 minutes to get to next exit, you will find more option, BK, KFC, Starbucks and better McDonald’s as well."

"Some of the best food I've ever eaten. Also, while it may not be edible, the bubblegum soda really hit the spot. The steak was very affordable, being only 6 dollars. It was cooked to perfection, and I have never eaten such a tender filet. Would recommend it to anyone."

"I thought McDonald’s is the fast food restaurant. However, I was wrong with this restaurant. I feel like I am waiting for the french restaurant. I have been waiting for an hour for my breakfast. This is the worst McDonald’s ever. Furthermore, the breakfast time is out, so I am not sure what I am eating breakfast or brunch. They have a lot of people inside, they should figure out how to work as the McDonald’s. Moreover, even they did very slow, they will always miss some stuff."
