Domino's Pizza

"I was actively ignored for 10 minutes from when I walked in u til they FINALLY "noticed" me. I was asked if I had been helped, I said no and I was told to give him a minute which is understandable but then don't tell me, never-ending you should just order on the app. And then when I tell you I ordered online I'm just waiting for service, you don't need to get snooty with me and tell me you just asked me that. How does this place stay open with service ike that?"

"I ordered a pizza for deliver using the Dominos app. The pizza was made, assigned a driver, and marked it for delivery. 10 minutes before it was supposed to be at my house the driver called me and said he wouldn’t deliver it to my house unless I gave him more more; he claimed it was too far (despite the fact the dominos app said it was within range). The drivers name was Dan and he was incredibly arrogant and rude. I tried called the store a bunch of times in hope of fixing this issue but they never picked up. So I paid $80 for pizza and never got anything. I don’t even know how to get my money back. Horrible service from both the driver and customer the store."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got a call from Dan saying he needed more inventive to delivery even though we are only 8 miles from the store & the app said we were in their delivery area. He marked it as delivered even though no one came. I now can’t get ahold of the store for my food or a refund. AWFUL!"

"Usually when you call and complain about the service they take care of you as a customer and make it right. This location seems to always be messing up time after time and never make it right. Mind you we tip really good and we pay about $45 each go round. Asked for Buffalo wings got chicken nuggets no sauce. And lava cakes that were still cold on the inside. Also keep your dogs away from the delivery drivers."

"Every 6 months or so I apparently need a reminder why I should NEVER order Domino's Pizza. This is their semi-annual offering. Crushed box, slice stuck to the top, apparently the help was hungry and sampled a bite or two, 2 jalapenos on the surface of the "stuffed jalapeno and bacon cheesy bread", no penos or bacon to be found inside but in fairness it was stuffed with barely melted/cooked cheese. I took my life into my own hands and ate the buffalo wings, but only after re-cooking them in the air fryer for 8 minutes. If I complain to the store, they will ban me from ordering (it has happened before), but it doesn't matter this time for it (ordering) will NEVER happen again. Awful, just awful. #dominospizza #dominos"
