"Went in to buy a new hard drive, this was the 2nd Best Buy I stopped at, but neither store had any 1TB or 2TB drives in stock. So I went home and ordered one from Amazon. I prefer to buy locally when possible, but the shelves were empty. If physical brick&motar stores want to stay in business, they really need to have product in stock!"
"Possibly one of the worst experience I've ever had buying a TV. After picking up the TV I wanted a guy wanted to get the TV and after 45 minutes we realized he just left. Without getting the TV or saying anything. Another guy went and grabbed a TV after I've been there for over 2 hours. After I got the TV home found out the TV was missing the feet in a remote and had to return it and waste it another hour at Best Buy."

As I was walking out, I was on my and I mistakenly almost walked into the entrance door. “The issue is employee Dennis”. I didn’t need his rude comment telling me to pay attention and to stay off my phone."
