"I have shopped online at Hot topic and multiple times around the Tempe stores. Usually when I call customer service someone would be able to help me. I brought something in store yesterday not only did the sale associate forget to apply my rewards money initially until I reminded her but she also did not give me the same discount that was online. I called today to see if someone could help me but the person was super rude on the phone and said they cannot do anything unless I come back to the store."
"It was hot topic. It was packed with stuff had low lighting and all the emo. The workers there were very nice helped me and my boyfriend find the right sizes in certain clothes. We git matching pins when we went and had a great time. I really enjoy going there and I can't wait to go back."
"Fun gifts for kids and teens. You can also order some things online and pick them up a few hours later at a nearby store if they have the items available. The only problem that I ever have at HT is that they do not always carry the same stock at all stores or even online, especially when you have Hot Cash (Hot Topic bonus coupon) or online discounts. If your town is still following pandemic restrictions, you may have to wait in line to shop here. HT stores are usually pretty small and packed with merch, so they do have to limit shoppers to be able to social distance."
