"The selling process was easy, and the staff is always so kind. My only complaint is the dressing rooms. Upon entering the dressing room area at this location, a staff member counts your items, hands you a corresponding numbered tag to hang outside your dressing room, and then says the same line "You're welcome to any of them that are open!" or something along those lines. So I find one where the curtain (yes, curtain) is open, hang my number outside, close the curtain, and begin trying on my items. I was not in there for more than 15 minutes, and in those 10-15 minutes, TWO different people yank the curtain to my room open, revealing my almost fully naked body to the other customers and workers around. This felt incredibly embarrassing and violating. Obviously, it is not the worker's fault that customers cannot listen to simple directions, but if it happened to me twice in such little time, it has definitely happened to other people on other occasions. So to customers: Please be careful when trying on clothes; and to Buffalo Exchange: It may be time to invest some in some doors for the dressing rooms, or maybe even just some type of hooking mechanism for the curtains, so people do not continue to get walked in on."

"I called ahead of time to let them know I was coming in and a guy let me know that there was a long line which was fine with me. I got there with two big bags of clothes, a lot of them in good condition. Took less than FIVE minutes for him to “look” through my TWO big bags of clothes. Ridiculous. Good clothes that won’t get recycled or reused. Waste of my time if you’re not going to do your job right."

"The people complaining about what they carry need to understand that they carry what people bring them. When people bring them cute, fashion forward clothes they do buy them, but they also sell very quickly. The people complaining about what they pay out, don't understand what it takes to run a business, if they want ebay prices then they need to sell on ebay., it's as simple as that. They usually buy 70% of what I bring in and give me good prices for it. I have found some one of a kind items in there that I absolutely cherish."

"Service was terrible. Came in to sell some clothes today. Clothes that definitely fit their style and was in great condition. The guy rejected all them because it wasn’t the “Winter Aesthetic” he wanted. They were indeed “winter clothes”. He wasn’t even checking the clothes, just quick glances. I wasn’t even there with him by the counter for 3 minutes before he rejected everything. I waited 45 minutes just so he could take glances. Meanwhile the other coworkers were thoroughly checking other peoples clothes. It’s changed since the last time I’ve been there."

"I've given up thinking Buffalo Exchange will be like it was when I was a kid. It used to be full of cool and unique vintage pieces. It also had timeless classic pieces as well. I look at the racks; now it's full of fast fashion. I see shein and other cheap wholesale clothing at essentially retail price. The buyers are not consistent whatsoever. I brought some '90s dresses and '90s mesh clothing and the buyer told me they were looking for sweaters and Halloween costumes and my style wasn't what they were looking for. I just ended up taking it elsewhere and sold them just fine. I am done selling here and buying. The quality is gone and the staff is not consistent."
