"Purchased a dryer on 1/26, was told there were 83 in the warehouse and it could be delivered as soon as next day between 12-4. Well 4pm came and went with no updates, so I called customer service. They indicated our delivery had been rescheduled to 2/5 because our dryer was out of stock. I don't believe that explanation and now I am waiting over a week for a working dryer. And I had to call them to find that out, no one reached out to me. Part of the reason we purchased that particular dryer was because of how soon we could get it. Very poor customer experience."

"I went to the Glendale Lowe’s yesterday around 4 PM to buy a dishwasher. I had previously searched online for what was in the store and knew what I wanted. When I got there, there was another couple looking at the dishwashers, and we both wandered around in there for about 1520 minutes when they finally press the button and a gal eventually showed up to help the. as they were standing at the counter. I nodded to her and waved to signal I was next, which I thought she acknowledged . Shortly there after she left with the couple and never came back. I couldn’t find anyone else to help me, So I was just going to purchase it online so that I could pick it up in the morning. I got it in my cart and I was I was checking out. It said that it was out of stock, now why would it be the first machine that comes up on the add N in the store as the pic but not available? So I started to look at the rest of the dishwashers. When a gal, Samantha, came by and asked if I needed help, when I told her I wanted the one dishwasher she looked it up and also said oh sorry it’s not in stock and we can’t even order it. I asked her why is it being advertised and you even have it out here if it’s not available and it’s never going to be available? She gave me an answer which was the dumbest one I’ve ever heard and not her fault. That they can’t remove it from the store until the manufacture tells them to. That is the most ridiculous strategy I’ve ever heard. I asked her if they had any other ones of that model and they did but not there to pick up. Finally, I said, can you tell me what you have that’s here that I could pick up in the morning she was kind enough to go in the back and come back with a list of the dishwashers that were available for pick up in the morning and I bought one. I asked her was there a specific time in the morning it will be ready. She said I’ll have it up there tonight. You can pick it up in the morning. I went there at 9 o’clock the next morning and I have to say that particular location has the rudest most unhelpful staff ever and it’s just gotten worse in the past year! Except for Samantha, I have to really commend her she actually cared about giving customer service"

"Korey is the best Lowe’s employee you could ever hope to meet. He puts a smile on our face every time we see him. He offered assistance when I bought my fridge a couple months ago. And although we had a different associate grabbing the grill we requested during today’s visit, Korey stopped by and chatted us up about fun grilling ideas. Thanks for always making us feel welcome, Korey! You are awesome! We had a great Lowe’s experience."
