"Loose Lug Nuts and Wheels! 1 Star is too much. I’ve been here twice in the last 2 weeks for a balance and rotation. The first they called it a vibration issue and after waiting an hour said there was nothing wrong, tread was good, but we rebalanced your wheels and no rotation needed, you’re good to go. That night when on the freeway, the shaking in the wheel was worse than before. I went back the next business day and told them again about it. After waiting 2.5 more hours was told we rebalanced them again and only 1 tire was way off. I asked well then what did they service the first time? No answer provided. I immediately drove to the freeway and the shaking was still there. I drove back to the store and told them the issue. I was told well your tires are old and worn out. With each trip back I was being told my tread depth was less and less each time. It’s a me problem. It gets better. Frustrated I leave and head to a Llantera shop in Chandler. They raise my truck up and the front 2 wheels are literally wiggling back and forth with loose lug nuts. I’m shocked. Even better they take the wheels off and both are out of balance. Called and notified the discount tire store location and was met with a “that’s unfortunate, I don’t know” response. Been a customer of discount tire for 20 years. Never again will they get any business from me. Zero accountability. Zero help."

"I have been to multiple tire shops and discount tires. Jack took over and showed me all the different styles and explained why one would be better than the other. I got a cheaper quote at Sam's Club and he was able to price match it. Also explained the benefits of having a bigger wheel or more expensive tire. Highly recommend working with Jack for his expertise and knowledge in the auto field."

"I was leaving the gym when my car alerted me of a flat tire. I went online to discount tire since I bought my tires from there and booked a 1015 am appointment the same day. I called to alert them I would go ahead and drop my car off since I was close by. I put air in my tire from a compressor I had in my car and drove to discount tire. I get there around 8am, and they let me know that they could get me in early and that it would be 45 mins to a hour. I take an Uber home and just as I was getting ready for work(about 30 mins later) I get an alert that my car is ready. lol. Not a bad thing at all, because I was concerned about missing an important meeting at work. Thank you for being efficient!"
