"Love, love, love this Auto Zone. Came in for the awesome deal on Lukas for my daughter's car. We ended up singing and having an awesome experience with all of the associates!! Desi was especially welcoming and a joy to meet. I know this is just a trip to Auto Zone…. But for me it was more. "Will never use another Autozone! Wife’s car battery went bad on 10/5. Date on battery was 9/21. I called 3 auto zones and spoke with 2 managers. Actual purchase date of battery was 10/2…. 3 days past a 2 year warranty, and they would not honor it. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer appreciation!"
