"The guys are super friendly and helpful. Both times I got there right before closing and still got great customer service. They are good about letting you know if there is a relevant deal, and their prices on batteries have been better than Autozone, O'reillys, and Walmart."

"My husband went in and shared a few items of concern with the service parts rep. He told him he needs to, "Slow dow, his ADD wasn't messing with him." Then continue to be rude to him. My husband was trying to be patient with his unproffessional continual jabs, then finally had his own words with him and asked for a manager. He goes here frequently and has never been treated so disresptful before. To the auto part employee....If you hate your job, go do something else. Poor customer service is not acceptable. We all have bad days. You don't get to take it out on customers. When my husband ask to speak to the manager, the auto parts rep kept coming back up and being argumentative. I would request a regional manager to review the video. It was a disturbing experience."

"This is the second time going to this store, with today being more of an unexpected visit. I was given the code scanner to scan my Check Engine Light that randomly popped up on an errand, and this went from a stop-and-go to a clean my air filter and using my tools in the parking lot. There was one associate at the time in the store, as the driver and other worker were out running deliveries, and this poor guy handled me and another customer's needs well, as well as the driver and other associate who both showed up when their respective tasks were completed. He even had to help out a driver who had no idea what he was doing, and a customer who from the amount of time he spent in the store returning something, was stressful. I now have a preferred auto parts store/franchise after I have had excellent customer service from all Advance Auto Parts locations I have been to now. They truly have some associates that care and go above and beyond!"

"I decided to come in the other day and visit as it was just built and they did the research that this would be a good location to build at. The store is well laid out and extremely organized. As the flow of what you were looking for would bring you to the product you didn't know you needed but there it is right there. The prices were as I expected I'll be working on my honda Element really soon as it need a lot of hardware to get it back on the road running. Then the staff came to meet me they were polite and the uniforms were spotless. I'll be back with a list to spend money save myself from going to the dealer. Good Luck out there, JVN"

"Chad was amazing. Initially, spoke with him on the phone. As soon as Chad knew what I was looking to accomplish, and even though the specific item i was looking for wasn't in stock, Chad went above and beyond to suggestively sell me an alternative, which actually was a better purchase as far as value and performance is concerned. it was more expensive than the other one, but i didn't care, because Chad had personal knowledge and experience with this product and could definitely vouch for it. "Technically" speaking if one was to "check and see" if the part would fit my vehicle, the answer ultimately would be no, it does not fit. Which, is exactly what the "other guys" (autozone etc.) I called had said. and on the phone you could tell they clearly didn't care and did not do anything to help me out. Chad being as knowledgeable as he is with GM cars etc. was thinking outside the box and suggested this product without hesitation. It works PERFECTLY. AND was IN STOCK. 5 STARS for Chad! As far as the store itself, it was very inviting, i was greeted the SECOND i walked in, even though Chad was like 4 aisles down, doing something productive it looked like, stocking inventory or something I assume. The whole place was VERY CLEAN and just had good vibes all around. I honestly really wanted to just like... shop around the place and probably would've ended up buying a BUNCH of other stuff. lol but balling on a budget right now, so next time. lol Chad mentioned the survey contest to win free gas on the receipt, which i like never do those things, i never win and just don't usually care honestly. Obviously, due to my exceptional/MEMORABLE experience, i did do the survey. lol Fingers crossed for Gas for a Year! lol On top of all that, Chad explained how the "speed perks" rewards program worked and I did sign up, I hadn't before. And to top everything off, Chad invited me, not just to come by, but to actually BRING MY CAR to this sort of little cars and coffee car show they're having in a couple weeks. So yeah. i will be going out of my way, driving past probably.... 3 or 4 "other" auto parts places to continue to do business at this specific location. Thanks Chad! KEEP UP THAT "I really do Give A SH*T" vibe you've got. It will go a LONG WAY. #Customer4life - Nick (and yes, this ridiculously long review is literally in regards to a car battery)"
