"We pulled into Auto Zone with a super hot truck. Turns out someone at the repair shop left the clamped connection Not tightened to to the coolant system and we lost 26 quarts of coolant of the 27 that the tank held. This Auto Zone was super helpful. The guy working there, they said he goes by Dog, he let us borrow a few loaner tools when we found the issue. He also came out in the 110' heat to help, and spent a good bit of time helping us, the clamp was in a hard to get to spot. This was after helping us get find and buy the things we needed to quickly get back on the road. Thanks Dog man, you rock and Auto Zone too. We got the truck full of coolant and going but needed a tow back to the shop due to the billowing white/grey exhaust. The smoke screen blasting out of the exhaust was bad and the truck un-drivable. Hope the shop will fix the mistake. Here is to hoping I can give the truck shop a good review as well."
