"I really like being able to use the review feature when looking for a business and that is the reason I chose Level 10 and I'm glad I did. I got a great stereo and a great price. The final cost was even $50 less than the estimate, how often does that happen? Kelly is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains everything you need to know. I had some loose headliner and he even went ahead and fixed that for me. I had located an audio shop closer to my home but I decided to go to Level 10 based on the reviews, and you should as well."

"I must say that I was very glad to have found Level 10. The owner, Kelly, is very professional, knowledgeable and is all about customer satisfaction. Unlike other shops, he took the time to go to my car and see what the problem was. He went over different scenarios that would work and the most cost efficient. He installed my speakers and now im. back on the road jamming once again. Thanks Kelly and Level 10. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends."

"There is absolutely not enough space in one review to convey how far beyond satisfied my experience has been with Level 10 Audio & the owner, Kelly. My factory 1/8" stereo input("aux" input for all the millennials reading this) was malfunctioning, so I searched for a few car audio shops nearby & picked a few with what seemed like great reviews. I initially chose another shop for the main reason that it was only 2 miles from my house. When I arrived, I thought that I may have gotten the wrong business from Google as it looked to be a sideXside/UTV shop. So I asked & found out they do car audio too. I told the guy my problem & he began to tell me that they aren't able to repair/replace those audio input jacks & that he would need to replace my entire custom factory JBL head unit. With labor, it would come to over $1,200!! For a $15 part! I said that doesn't seem right & he explained that they used to replace these but quit doing so because it was too much of a hassle. I left thinking that there has got to be a way to do this that won't cost me $1,200. So I decided to try the next closest shop, which turned out to be Level 10 Audio, and I'm so glad that I did. I walked in and Kelly greeted me at the counter. I explained what I needed and by the time I was finished, he already had the part order pulled up on the large flat screen TV that he has hooked to his office computer, that faces toward the customer at the counter! (Great idea, by the way!). It showed that it would arrive 5 days from that day and that if I brought my truck in following the day it arrives, he could have it swapped out in 5-10 minutes! And the best part, it would be around $25, including labor! I told him that I would be there, and that it certainly beats the $1,200 the other place wanted. He hit the "order" button & said I'll see ya in few days. Anyway, I came back the following week when he told me to, and I was thinking that he may have exaggerated a tad on the 5-10 minute install, and was planning on being there around a half an hour. I don't think it even took him the entire 5 minutes! By the time I went to sit down in one of the chairs in his shop, he was back inside and said it was done! And the quote he had given me initially, well it was $2 less than what he had said! I was blown away, both by his accuracy in everything that he had told me initially, to his knowledge and professionalism. His place isn't a big fancy show room, like the "other" places, and he's basically a one man show. But I will never even consider using anyone else from now on if I ever need anything car audio related. As a matter of fact, I have a couple of door speakers in my truck system that I believe have blown voice coils & I want to upgrade my subs and add an amp, so I will be coming back here sooner than later!"

"Had Level diagnos why only half of my speakers were working in the jet boat I just purchased. Turns out the wiring from the original deck to the tower speakers was dried out and rotted. They said everything else was fine. I chose to install a new deck as the original was dated and did not have Bluetooth,. Level 10 installed the new deck and ran new wiring to the original speakers and it sounds great. I couldn't be happier and was charged a more than fair price."
