Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"Extremely rude customer service. The tech Madison became argumentative after we told her to please be careful doing the oil change because last time we needed our whole oil pan replaced after they messed it up. (To which they did nothing about except offer half off a future oil change) Madison also proceeded to tell me to leave my window rolled down the whole time so she can be sure I pay. After barely any words were spoken the whole oil change, Madison then tells us that we are not welcome back to their location. Very weird interaction and no manager available to talk to."

"Reading these reviews, it's pretty obvious that some people really want an "instant" oil change. Truth is, you may have to wait a little depending on the time of day and what day you show up. Saturday mornings are generally busiest. But having to wait 15 to 20 minutes beats losing an entire calendar day messing with a shop/dealership. This location is always friendly, helpful and prompt. The prices are fair and the service is always top notch!"

"I moved from Indiana to Phoenix more than 2 years ago and loved all of the Valvoline businesses I went to there. I was severely disappointed with this location when I went a couple of months ago. After looking at their website and seeing a 10-minute wait listed, I went to the store. I sat in line for more than 45 minutes to get an oil change and a transmission flush. The only reason it wasn't longer was because they disappointed the person in front of me after a brief conversation and they pulled through without any service. When I finally pulled in, I told them what I needed and they said they couldn't do the transmission flush because no one there was certified to do it and no manager was coming in for another hour. This was a Saturday morning with more than a dozen cars in line! You can't do an advertised service on one of your most popular days? I was so irritated that I emailed their customer service. they wrote me back and said they would remind the manager that this wasn't ok. That was it. No offer to fix it, no discount, and barely an apology. I can't say I will come back with dozens of other options around."

"After waiting 15min to be pulled through at a different location first (the transmission flush machine was broke) I drove to this location & they are on lunch for an untold amount of time. When you call for info, it’s relayed to call centers not the store. No way I could have called ahead to see if this locations machine was functioning or not. *gas ain’t cheap *post lunch hours on google"
