"They have decent service and availability, BUT I sold my Tacoma to a guy who then called the Earnhardt Toyota Parts Department and they went through every transaction I’ve ever done with them to this random guy. This guy then set out harassing me about things like why I didn’t give him the bottle of touch up paint I bought a while back. “Well, it’s blue and the Tacoma is white.” I guess it’s one thing for a person to call with a specific invoice in hand and verify its authenticity, but this is completely different."
