"Kim and Jesus were SO helpful!! I dropped off my car to get a tire replaced after finding a screw stuck in the treads. When I came back to pick it up, we realized that the road hazard warranty was not applied. They both took the time to resubmit the work order, find the old tire to measure the tread depth, and verify the discount was applied. It was near closing time and they both had a lot to do, but it was so genuinely kind and I SINCERELY appreciate how patient they were!!"
