"Not sure what happened with the management of this place since the name change but they fit the scammy dealership trope now. x2 market price of other places just a mile away for a tire rotation (which doesn't include a balance apparently, so my truck now shakes violently over 55mph and didn't before a simple rotation) looking at other reviews looks like this dealership doesn't know how to balance tires because many 1 stars are about this same thing. They also tried to recommend $2.3k in "urgent" repairs including fluids that I had just changed 3 weeks prior and other "recommendations" that are unnecessary unless there are other issues. The quote didn't even include parts / labor breakdowns. Not sure if service gets commission now or if the management is scummy so their opaque to scam people that don't check. After asking for a detailed printout the parts quotes were nearly double the cost of ordering the same genuine Toyota product directly from the main Toyota website. Take your vehicle somewhere else."
