"The supposeably new battery didnt last a year. Was so dead wouldnt even charge a bit when getting a jump. Never again this place. O'Reilly 100 cheaper and guaranteed last 3 times longer."

"Thank you, Interstate Battery. When I purchased my car battery, you recommended I come in and have it checked in 2 years so that if it was going bad, you could replace it free of charge. I did that today, even though I've moved out of state. One cell was indeed going bad and I have a brand new battery for free. That's great customer service!"

"My service advisor was honest, very helpful and friendly and they honored the interstate warranty will definitely use them again next time we need a new battery.. Bought the battery at another company and when I was having issues with my car not starting but it would when I used a jumper took to Big O told me may be my key fob battery if not than the alternator because the battery was good . Left them and changed the key fob battery car was acting up again started than would have to jump start it. Was told to take it to the actual interstate battery place. Well I did and guess what it was a bad battery and they replaced it for free as it was an interstate battery and under warranty but barely. Big O didn’t want to replace a battery that was just 3 weeks shy of the warranty running out. Had I take. It back to them 3.2 weeks later they would have charged me full price for a new battery vs honoring the warranty meaning they didn’t want to just give me a brand new battery they wanted to wait it out and charge me full price. So for anyone needing a new battery make the drive to your interstate battery shop pay the few extra bucks so worth it. I left their shop with a brand new battery with another 2 year warranty and didn’t cost me a dime. We have 4 jeep grand Cherokee’s and we will be heading their way next time any of them needs a new battery for sure."

"Call it to get AGM battery for our Phoenix summers, but they didn’t have any in stock. They sold me a used battery they said has an average lifespan of two years. Six months later it will it would not start the truck. Took it back and there’s nothing they can do. Warranty was for three months only. Better off going to AutoZone getting a new battery with a real warranty."

"Bought the battery about two years ago. I brought it in to your store. Mike was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. He found an issue with it, addressed it and sent me on my way. Unfortunately it did not solve the problem. I brought the battery back and once again spoke with Mike. Same exact friendly service. We discussed the newly discovered issue. After some friendly back and forth I explained serious concerns with an upcoming trip. Sympathetic to my plight we reached a more than fair agreement. Not only did Mike provide excellent customer service he sent me out the door with peace of mind. Give that man a pat on the back. He earned you a customer for life"
