"I just took my vehicle here for an oil change. They advertised a free oil change if you have a March birthday party which I thought would have some sort of “catch”. However, not only did they change my oil, they also rotated my tires and did a free brake inspection. Never did they try to upsell me, and the staff was very friendly and professional. "I’m feeling extremely let down by my recent experience at Iconic Tire & Service Centers. I took my car there for a brake fluid flushing, hoping for a smooth service, but unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. The day after their service, my brake alarm started beeping and flashing incessantly. Concerned about my safety, I drove back to their shop two days later, hoping they could help. However, instead of receiving assistance, I was met with indifference and excuses. Despite scanning the code, they claimed they couldn’t figure out what triggered the alarm and refused to thoroughly check my car. Their lack of concern for my safety was shocking. To make matters worse, I discovered that my brake fluid level was way below the minimum line. It was evident that they hadn’t provided enough fluid during the flushing process. I had to spend extra money to buy brake fluid and top it up myself. I’m deeply disappointed by the careless attitude and lack of accountability shown by Iconic Tire & Service Centers. I spent more than $500 on my car at there. Their failure to take responsibility for their mistakes is concerning and leaves me questioning their integrity. I wouldn’t recommend trusting them with your vehicle. It’s not worth the risk to your safety and peace of mind."

"absolutely LOVED the service!! my mechanic, eliza, and the manager, john, explained everything to me with amazing analogies, they didn’t make me feel dumb or insecure. i felt very comfortable environment-wise. my car was running smoothly within just hours! they ordered all the parts and i had it back the same day i brought it in and paid a very reasonable price for all the issues. i’d recommend everyone go here. iconic just goes above and beyond for their customers. i will most definitely be back and a forever customer. thank you so much!!!"
