"I came here yesterday to pull out a transmission I got all but one bolt off and they wouldn't let me use a jack to take it out they said they could use q forklift but the guy got sketched out after crashing into multiple vehicles and almost knocking the one I was under on top of me. He said just wait till tomorrow and he would talk ti the parts guy and tell him to pull it and have it waiting for me on the side. I came in today and he never told the parts guy anything and the trqnllans was still in the vehicle me without my friends now I can do it myself and I didn't bring my tools anyways because I assumed I would just have to come pick it up now I have waisted my time and another day with my car all torn apart for nothing."
"I will give a fair review when they start posting pictures of vehicles as they are. This place is getting comfortable taking my money because I think my part might be there. But when I go immediately after I receive notice that the car has arrived, go straight there and I find a car with no motor and no trans. And a neat pile of metal where the engine once was.. the picture was not of a shell. Totally misleading and they never return my 3 dollars when I try explaining the situation."
