"The worst!! Chrome bumper rusting after 2 months on a garage kept pickup. Vivid expected us to remove the bumper, repackage, and ship back on our own dime. All the while the pickup is not usable. A replacement was months out. Was fed a bunch of B.S. by customer service!! These people simply do not care and don't stand behind their products."

"#655177 Voltex Wing type 2. Placed my order with Vivid in 12/7/21 with Eric who is no longer there. Jorge Garcia took over my account and was on it. You always kept me in the loop & appreciate that. I nearly gave up. I’m glad I didn’t. I’ve never had any issues with Vivid racing. I’ve bought 2 sets of advan gt beyond’s. In 2021 & 2022 and going on my 3rd set of wheels with them. BBS LM in black diamonds. Nick is handling #1028392 and he’s even been great. So thank you Vivid racing! Really happy with the Voltex wing! Not every Lexus RCF has it. So it makes it rare! Thanks again!"

"Product was shipped quickly and was as described. No issues after or with the shipping in general so I had no interaction with customer service. Very happy with my order and the process. Only suggestion I have is when the order is complete you get an email stating the order is on the way but does not include any shipping/tracking info. Would be great to add that in the future. Not a huge deal but just helps so you know you can try to be home for the delivery if needed."

"Ordered a Anderson Composites carbon hood for my 2016 dodge challenger. Tristan Shallow helped me throughout the process of getting it here to Hawaii. Shipping to Hawaii can be difficult and it went smooth. Communication was very quick. They responded to my concerns and any updates. I'm very pleased with my experience and will definitely order again. As for the hood...It fit flawlessly. The bolts all matched up perfectly. little to no gaps on the sides and front. No modifications sanding or drilling required to make it fit. Windshield washer nozzles also bolted right on. A++++ for Anderson Composites carbon hoods."
