He found a discount that was available for the tires I was purchasing and called to follow up when the tires arrived. "After leaving my car at the service center, I opted to spend the waiting period walking around a nearby Home Depot. During this time, I received no communication from the Discount Tire staff regarding the status or completion of my vehicle's service. This lack of communication led to uncertainty about how long my car had been ready for pickup. For it was already parked when we started to walk up. Upon returning and preparing to leave, I discovered: two lug nuts were missing from my vehicle. This necessitated my return to the store, where I had to wait in a long line to address this issue. While the staff eventually rectified the situation, it was not the end of my troubles. A couple of days later, I realized that a hubcap was missing from one of the tires. This required me to drive back from my home to the store, further wasting my time and compounding my frustration. Overall, the experience was deeply unsatisfying, marked by poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and significant inconveniences. The combined impact of these issues has led me to seriously reconsider returning to this particular Discount Tire location for any future services."
