"Cycle gear was great, I had called, another local retailer asking about a part and had them tell me that it was on hand. I showed up to find out that they did not have the part. So I looked up what else was close by and found cycle gear. I gave them a call and asked about the part and they said they had it on hand and would have it ready for me at the counter. And they did. I was in and out in just a couple of minutes with the part that I needed and great customer service. It could not have been a better experience."

They have ship to store options if you want something online. Really great selections for a variety of different types of biking. I've always had a good time in this store."

"Bill got me into a great full race suit for a track day session. The store had a great selection (about 10 sizes) of entry level race suits at a fair price (about $500). Bill was very helpful and made sure the fit was correct. This was my first time into Cycle Gear and I came out a Rider Plus member which paid for itself on the first purchase. "I’m a new rider, and I been popping in here for a few months now just to check things out and shop around for gear before I purchased anything to get familiar with a lot of the riding stuff. I just made my purchase for gear yesterday and picked up some sick pants, gloves, and boots. Robert has been helping me for a few months now along with Cam and Libby, and I have absolutely nothing but good to say about all 3 of them. The time they’ve taken to walk me through the ins and outs of a lot of the gear has been more than amazing. The customer service at this place is way better than most places you will go. They really take pride in this store and helping their customers stay safe. They’ve all been nothing but honest with me and I don’t feel like I am being lied to here or am being pushed into things like more expensive stuff just so the store can make more of a profit. Safety is their number 1 priority here and they’re all riders themselves and extremely knowledgeable about everything. If I could give this store 10 stars I would. 10 out of 5 I will be back here so long as any of them work here. When I first came in Robert spent probably a good hour at least helping me get sized up for things. Every one of them is polite, respectful, and friendly. Thanks guys for treating me well here."
