"I saw online that they were selling a used Subaru we came in and they were very nice and helpful. We were charged for a service fee I asked what that was they said that they run their own testing on the vehicle if somethings not working they fix it or replace it. They told us that they ran to diagnostic test on the vehicle twice and everything checked out fine. Today I went back because I was having issues with my brakes and the power steering, they charged me for a third diagnostic test even though it should’ve been included under their 30 day policy. The service manager then told us that the power steering did come up as an issue on the diagnostic test, that’s why they marked it “as is.” When we purchased the vehicle there was nothing on the paper nor did they expressed to us that there was anything wrong with the vehicle. If you do purchase a vehicle through them just make sure you get all of the information from them and everything from their diagnostic testing."
