"I ordered a few parts in August. I ended up selling the car the parts were for, but bought the same model again a few weeks later. I didn't really check the box until about 5 weeks later, when I noticed one part was missing. I contacted OEM Acura Parts about it and they immediately wanted to send me out another one. Though, one of their workers did give me a little rub about if I was sure the part wasn't just in the box somewhere. I explained the box was very small and it couldn't have just been in the box without me seein git. I received the part about a week later and couldn't be any happier."
