"Buying and installing the tires was fine as far as that goes. I didn't have any issues. The problems occur when the tire has an issue. First issue I had was a screw in the tire which I assume is a common problem. Sam's club said they were too busy to get to it so I took it to an actual tire place that did just fine with it. Second time I had something in the tire rendered the tire non fixable. Went to Sam's again and they had no unallocated tires available for my vehicle (the three in stock were unclaimed for over a month but apparently you can't use one of those). There was no indication that they'd get any in within 24hrs. If I decided to replace two tires they'd only prorate a single tire (that they couldn't replace anyway). So long story short don't expect to get your tires repaired if you buy from Sam's club. Better bet is to go to a tried and true tire company (e.g. Big O, Discount, etc.) as they likely have stock available for emergency situations and Sam's doesn't."

"Brought a dead battery in for a swap. Their battery center employee put it on a testing device, which showed it to be functional (device displayed a green light). Employee told me that I probably had a bad starter. I asked if they could attempt a charge, to which he affirmed, but remarked that it would take about 30 minutes. I received a call from that employee 30 minutes later saying the battery was bad and a replacement was waiting for me. Had I not requested the charge, I would have taken the bad battery home, had my vehicle towed to a garage only to have them tell me my starter was functional and the battery was dead. That would have been a dismal customer experience. Thankfully, I was convinced the battery was bad and requested the additional charge, and after installing the replacement, my vehicle started without issue. Just wondering how many other people have been sent away with a bad battery?"

"If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband and I pay for our membership like everyone else. Our new van, which we went through the Sam's Club app to find a dealership, got a flat tire. We took it here to ask them to patch it. The guy refused because we didn't buy our tire from them. Of course we didn't, it's a new vehicle that came with these tires. I have purchased tires from them before, but I won't ever again. Literally every other company out there patches tires that you didn't buy from them. I'm even considering cancelling my membership now."

"I ordered my tires and when they arrived they messaged me. I called to schedule my tires to be put on. Frank told me to come over and they would put them on right away. That's actually what happened. Very happy with the customer service I received. Saved $300+ and great customer service. I hope Sam's club makes management look at this and learn."

"I am so happy with the service here. I am confident in the ability of all the workers, they're really knowledgeable. The manager of the tire center, Ed, really cares and takes the time to explain everything fully."
