"I just experienced the worst customer service ever in this place. Came with a flat tire because supposedly I have warranty on my tires that I bought here, and this guy I don’t know his name short guy with beard told me I would have to wait 2hrs+ to get my tire repair, but the worst part was his attitude very rude. Obviously I took off to the shop across the street.. that sucks that the attitude of one person affects the whole establishment reputation. They should love what they do or they should quit and look for another job!"
"We were visiting Phoenix and we had a flat tire. We were closest to the Big Brand Tire & Service on Indian School Road, so we went there without an appointment. They quickly fixed our flat for free, though we were willing to pay. The employees were friendly and professional. If I need anything tire related in the Phoenix area I will definitely go back."
"I came in with new wheels and tires to get mounted and balanced. I expressed my concern about the wheels getting scratched during installation and they took their time mounting them and made sure they were perfect. They even stayed late to make sure they were done same day. Couldn't reccomend this shop more if you want your new tires mounted, especially if you have nice new shiny wheels. Thank you again to everyone there!"
"Went in for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. Also asked if the technician could do a safety inspection on my belts, hoses, etc. They got me in and out quickly and in a professional manner. Everything was taken care of, and they advised me of any potential issues that might need addressed in the near future. I’m glad I stopped in to get my car serviced at this location. Would definitely come here again."
