"This place has the worst customer service honestly. You schedule an appointment and when you get there, they will tell you they have no available slot. I have wasted my gas, time and energy going here. Don’t bother doing the same please. Their customer service is horrible. This is the third time this is happening in the Peoria branch. First time I was getting my tires replaced and I was taken round in circles before that happened. Today I had my oil change appointment and they sent me back home without getting that done yet I had to drop everything else to get there on time. Why would you accept appointments and not deliver them when someone gets there on time? So now I have to again figure out where my car will go get oil changed and that means my schedule will be messed up. Have respect for people’s time and don’t over book people. Let’s also not talk about how you are always short staffed. My second time going there I was told the manager left with his girlfriend impromptu so I had to reschedule my appointment because there is no staff to assist me with my issue. I had to leave my car there for a whole freaking day only to go for it in the evening so that means I could not work that day and my job entails me to be mobile. You totally have no respect for people’s time. Borrow a leaf from Firestone, they literally keep appointments and their customer service is at a PHD level."
